- "Brieflly" refers to Brieflly.com LLC.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using our platform.
- "Agencies" are service providers who offer their expertise through Brieflly.
- "Clients" are businesses seeking professional services via Brieflly.
- "Services" refer to all features, functionalities, and offerings available on the Brieflly platform.
- "Platform" refers to the website and any associated technology that facilitates transactions and communication between Clients and Agencies.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
- Accounts may not be shared or transferred without written permission from Brieflly.
- Brieflly reserves the right to verify user identities and request additional documentation.
3. PLATFORM USAGE
- Brieflly provides a marketplace for Clients and Agencies but does not guarantee specific results or service quality.
- Clients and Agencies enter into direct agreements; Brieflly is not a party to these contracts and is not liable for performance or fulfillment of services.
- Agencies must deliver services professionally, adhere to industry standards, and maintain appropriate licenses or qualifications where applicable.
- Clients must provide clear project requirements, communicate effectively, and make payments as agreed.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
- Transactions occur through the Brieflly payment system to ensure secure and verified processing.
- Brieflly deducts a platform service fee from agency payments.
- Clients must pay for services rendered in accordance with agreed terms. Payments are held in escrow where applicable.
- Late or failed payments may result in additional fees, account suspension, or legal action.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy or agreed upon between the Client and Agency.
5. DISPUTES & RESOLUTIONS
- Users must attempt to resolve disputes directly before requesting mediation through Brieflly.
- Brieflly may offer dispute resolution assistance but is not liable for final outcomes.
- Disputes related to payment, quality of service, or contract terms must be reported within 14 days of project completion.
- If unresolved, Brieflly may refer disputes to a third-party mediation or arbitration service.
6. TERMINATION
- Brieflly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to policy violations, fraudulent activities, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Users may request account deletion at any time. Termination does not affect obligations for ongoing payments or contractual agreements.
- Brieflly reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies or applicable laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Brieflly is not responsible for losses due to third-party actions, system outages, or contractual disputes between Clients and Agencies.
- The total liability of Brieflly for any claims arising from platform use is limited to the total fees collected by Brieflly from the user in the past six months.
- Brieflly does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the services offered on the platform.
